Joslyn Lofts

The Joslyn Lofts was originally designed in 1915 by John and Alan McDonald for George and Sarah Joslyn and housed the Western Newspapers Union Warehouse. We, at Bluestone Development, believed in restoring this historical landmark, capitalizing on the vintage architectural details and creating the ultimate loft environment for urban living.

The warehouse has been transformed into 29 stylish living spaces, ranging from an artist studio apartment to two-bedroom loft apartments. Cherry wood floors span the living space, and private balconies overlook Omaha's Historic Old Market District. As one of the first loft apartment living environments, our trend-setting property has become a defining force in the revitalization of downtown Omaha.

The Towns

Located in one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in downtown Omaha, The Little Italy development will bring urban living to buyers with a moderate price range. The townhomes will all have white exteriors in an effort to create a monochromatic community, with a focus on architectural elements to individualize each home. Landscaping will be used to fill the project with natural color.
